NTA 2019

On November 11th, 2017 established National Testing Agency (NTA) as an autonomous and self-sustained premier testing body to conduct various entrance exams for higher educational institutions. Initially, NTA will conduct entrance exams which are currently held by CBSE. Another exam will be handled by NTA once it geared up. NTA exams will be conducted twice a year to give the opportunity to students as they don’t get adequate time to prepare for entrance exams just after their boards. The government has appointed the former chairman of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Mr. Vineet Joshi, as the first Director-General of National Testing Agency (NTA). National Testing Agency NTA will relieve CBSE, AICTE, and other bodies responsibility of conducting entrance examinations. It will take the majority of examinations from Central Board of Examination (CBSE) from 2019. It will start operating by conducting JEE 2019 & NEET 2019 exams for the admissions of engineering & medical respectively. National Testing Agency is ready to conduct NEET 2019, JEE 2019, CTET 2019, GATE 2019, GPAT-2019, GMAT-2019, CAT 2019 and UGC NET 2019 examination.
